Backroad Trip is a live POV driving channel. Some of the best drives don't translate to an edited YouTube video, so I stream them instead. Hop in when the camera's on.
Whatever the day brings, streamed live from the cab. If the indicator below is red, the stream is on. Hop in.
Checking the signal…
A lot of the best drives can't be cut into a short YouTube video without losing what made them worth driving in the first place. So instead of editing them down, I stream them as they happen. Sometimes that's a 14-hour push across the country. Sometimes it's a storm rolling in. Sometimes it's a road nobody else is on.
Cross-state and cross-country runs. These don't really work as edited videos. You either ride along as it happens or you miss it.
Big skies and weather rolling in. A storm front can turn an ordinary drive into something worth streaming.
Two-lane routes your GPS won't suggest. The drive itself becomes the whole point of going.
Past streams stay up on YouTube after the drive ends. Plenty to catch up on.
